Jail Phone Calls Information

• Inmates are not allowed to receive incoming phone calls.

• To receive a "collect" call from an inmate, you must first set up an account. This can be done by calling 1-800-844-6591. Your phone will then be allowed to receive a call from an inmate in the Macoupin County Jail. All outgoing calls from inmates will be "collect" calls.
